Oral and poster abstracts should be sent online, in TURKISH or ENGLISH through the website www.tuvecca2021.org . Abstracts sent via e-mail and mail, regardless of the system, will not be accepted. Since the abstracts sent over the internet will be published as it is, if accepted, spelling errors should be paid attention.
Papers to be presented at the congress should be in the form of experimental study, clinical study and original case reports, and should be able to contribute to scientific development and give a result message. Since abstracts sent over the internet will be published as it is, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling mistakes.
Abstract Submissions Deadline: 29 November 2021
The presenting author MUST REGISTER by 29 November 2021. Abstracts of unregistered authors and abstracts of the congress will not be published.
Abstract Rules
The abstracts that do not comply with any of these articles will be left out of evaluation regardless of their content.
Points to Consider
Evaluation of Papers
The evaluation will be made by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. In order for the paper to be evaluated, the owner of the paper must complete the congress registration until 29 November 2021 at the latest. The result of the evaluation will be sent to all the paper holders as a result letter.
Presentation Information
Poster Presentations
Papers accepted as poster presentations will be published in the proceedings book to be published after the congress.
Poster papers whose poster work is not hung will not be published in the Proceedings Book to be published after the congress.
Accepted posters will be brought to the congress in printed form, with width: 50 cm and height: 70 cm, and will be hung by the participant on the relevant numbers in the poster area.
Oral Presentations
Papers accepted as oral presentations can be prepared with any of the electronic presentation programs.
The time allocated for each presentation will be communicated in the acceptance letters to be sent.
